Protect your teeth.

Teeth are a part of the body that is closely related to health.

The body that nature has given us is like a collection of different types of machines. Some of these machines are “automatic”, that is, they work without our intervention or intention. For example, the heart, stomach, liver, etc., and there are some machines that wait for a “signal”. One of such machines is our teeth.

A masterpiece of nature’s art. Teeth not only provide pleasure and enjoyment, but also perform important services to keep us healthy and energetic, and at the same time enhance our personality. But all this is only as long as our natural teeth are healthy. The moment we neglect them, we should be ready to say goodbye to our teeth and welcome various diseases.

You would think that we can also get artificial teeth, right? Artificial teeth look very beautiful. After getting artificial teeth, a person starts smiling involuntarily. Also, people start getting jealous when they see their smooth, shiny and bright teeth, but believe me, artificial teeth are no match for natural teeth.

No matter how old, broken, or seemingly ugly a natural tooth is, it performs better than a solid, healthy, and beautiful artificial tooth. That is why doctors and experts say to take good care of your natural teeth. You should pay full and constant attention to their cleanliness, because teeth are that part of our body that is closely related to our health.

To assess the truth and importance of this, experts examined different parts of the human body and collected data on the germs found on different organs. It was revealed that the most germs are found in the mouth. In fact, the reason for this is that humans deliver various foods to their stomachs through the mouth. The teeth perform the work of cutting and grinding food, and in this process, fine particles of food get stuck in the teeth.

If teeth are not cleaned, it becomes a feast for the germs living in the mouth. They get plenty of food and their reproduction is good.

No one denies the importance of teeth, but most people are simply concerned with knowing which toothpaste or mouthwash to use to protect and clean their teeth. However, the least important thing in terms of protecting teeth is the toothpaste or mouthwash, which is presented in an attractive advertisement with big and bold claims, and the most important thing is how to use a miswak, toothbrush, or finger, and from what angles to apply it to the teeth.

For those who have strong and smooth teeth, it is enough for them to clean their mouths by flossing before and after meals every day and to clean their teeth with a toothpick, brush, or finger before going to bed at night. However, those who have gaps between their teeth or cavities should be careful to remove food particles from the grooves between their teeth, which can get stuck and cause infection and gradually lead to tooth decay.

The following points should be taken into account when cleaning teeth:

(1)

According to experts, while cleaning human teeth, eighteen surfaces of the teeth should be thoroughly cleaned. That is, if the outer and inner surfaces of the upper and lower front molars are counted, these surfaces become twelve. Then there are the surfaces of the teeth and molars, with which we cut and grind food. These make a total of six surfaces. When you use a miswak or brush, try to clean the teeth from all these angles.

(2)

Do not apply pressure to the toothbrush or brush, move it from right to left and left to right on the teeth once or twice. Then move it several times from the upper gums down and then from the lower gums up. This way, the junction (meeting point) of the teeth and gums and the space between the two teeth are cleaned thoroughly.

(3)

If you are used to using toothpaste, rinse your mouth first and wet it, not the brush. Because when mixed with water, it quickly forms so much foam that it becomes difficult to hold in the mouth and you have to spit it out before it can do any good to your teeth. After using the brush, clean it thoroughly.

(4)

You can easily tell if your teeth are clean by running the tip of your tongue over them. Clean teeth will feel smooth and glossy to the tongue, while the uneven surface of dirty teeth will let the tongue know that these areas have not been cleaned for a long time. You can clean your teeth by soaking a soft cloth in water. If you use lemon juice or vinegar instead of water, better cleaning will be possible.

(5)

Be sure to clean your teeth by eating something sweet, because germs grow quickly in a sweet environment. To keep your teeth and gums strong, eat foods that contain vitamins A, C and D. That is, milk, yogurt, juicy fruits, fresh vegetables, eggs, butter, etc. Don’t bother cutting fruits with a knife that you can eat directly with your teeth. Give your teeth a chance to serve. This way, your teeth will get exercise and their shine will remain.

Dental diseases.

Now we mention the diseases that damage our teeth and gums. Among them is pyorrhea. At the beginning of this disease, pus accumulates in the gums, due to which the teeth become weak and start moving and eventually fall out. This also leads to other physical disorders. The main cause of this disease is neglect of dental hygiene. An unbalanced diet can also be a reason. Patients with joint pain also complain of this.

To get rid of this disease, take a tablespoon of dried lentils and dried coriander and add half a cup of water to half a cup of vinegar. Then add the coriander and lentils to this water and boil it. After that, strain the water and drink this water after waking up in the morning and before going to bed at night. You can also prepare a decoction, this also proves to be useful in this disease.

Take equal amounts of pomegranate peels, pomegranate flowers, alum, katha, and stone-cutter and grind them, then strain through a fine cloth. Apply this paste well on your teeth and gums in the morning and at bedtime. Do not rinse for half an hour after using the paste, so that the paste gets a chance to do its job. If any resin accumulates in your mouth during this time, you can spit it out.

Some other diseases that cause deterioration of the structure of the teeth are: “Takal-e-Isnan” (tooth decay), “Tashaqib-e-Isnan” (tooth cavities), and “Tafatat-e-Isnan” (tooth breakage). To treat these diseases, teeth should be cleaned. If there are cavities in the teeth, they should be closed, but first the cavity must be thoroughly cleaned.

Making a decoction of these medicines and gargling with it in the morning and at night before going to bed is also beneficial. Take half a cup of water in a clean vessel, add three grams of anise leaves, three grams of pomegranate flowers, one gram of alum and half a cup of vinegar to it and let it boil. Mixing lemon juice and mustard oil in equal quantities and applying it on the teeth is also beneficial.

Toothache.

Toothache is very painful.
This complaint occurs in dental diseases. Women experience this pain during pregnancy. Even if medicines containing mercury are used, toothache can occur. To stay safe from toothache, maintain proper digestion, consume more coriander in your diet. Take one teaspoon each of fennel and white cumin tea and boil them in a cup of water.

Later, strain and gargle with this water. One option is to grind basil leaves with black pepper to make a pill and place this pill under the tooth that is in pain. It will be cured. Applying clove and cinnamon oil to the affected tooth also relieves the pain. Yellow sandalwood is available in the market; it should be rubbed on the teeth three or four times a day.

This is also how you get relief from toothache. Applying “Kalzam” on a cotton ball and applying it on your teeth and gums will prove to be very beneficial. Strong, clean and shiny teeth not only guarantee our good health, but also make our personality attractive and eye-catching. If you want your health to be good and your personality to be attractive, then you have to take special care of protecting your teeth.

Take care of children’s oral health.

Children’s teeth are generally not taken care of because they will fall out in a few years and other teeth will come in.

Children’s teeth are generally not taken care of because they will fall out in a few years and other teeth will come in. However, at this age, children stop eating and drinking due to swelling and pain due to tooth decay. This affects their growth and health and can also cause various problems with the next teeth that come in. A newborn baby’s mouth should be cleaned with a soft muslin cloth.

Silicone brushes are available in the market, which can be easily cleaned by placing them on the finger. Infants should be brushed at least twice a day with toothpaste made according to their age and immediately after eating anything that sticks to the teeth.
If a child has caries, it means that the child is not able to brush their teeth and it is the responsibility of the mother to clean the child’s teeth herself or under her supervision and to get dental treatment.

Children whose baby teeth have cavities should have their permanent molars filled with Sealant Fissure as soon as they emerge to prevent cavities. The first permanent molar usually erupts between the ages of six and seven.
In children over the age of four, the habit of sucking a pacifier, pacifier, or thumb can cause crooked teeth and damage to the jaw structure. Various appliances are used to break this habit at an early age, for which you can consult a doctor.

If this is ignored, one has to go ahead and undergo expensive and difficult treatment to straighten crooked teeth and jaws.
Deterioration of facial features can affect the child’s psychology. Children who sleep with a feeder at night have the highest rate of tooth decay. It is the mother’s responsibility to break the habit of feeding as soon as possible. And if a feeder is being given out of necessity, then sugar or any sweet drink should not be added to it and the mouth should be cleaned after drinking milk. Children should be fed sweets and flour-based foods as little as possible. A balanced and healthy diet should be instilled from childhood. Children’s teeth and bones are strengthened by a diet rich in vitamins D, C and calcium.
